A team experience designed to establish the agreed behaviours for the team. This 1 day workshop includes a measurement of current behaviours using a simulation.

Working together – without the conflict!
A 1 day team experience designed to assist team members and their manager to build trusting relationships at work.

That's not Customer Service!
½ day experience where participants feel what it’s like when customer service is poor.

Gaining Change Skills
The ½ day program for employees is based on the DVD “Who Moved My Cheese” and includes a change profile.

The workshop is delivered by a facilitator who has been accredited to run the program.  It includes an understanding of how I cope with change and gives insight into how others round me may respond in different ways.

This program is in conjunction with Matrix Plus, who hold the Australian license for  Who Moved My Cheese? Who Moved My Cheese?



  Keeping the Good Ones
This ½ day workshop is based on the DVD of the same name. The workshop will:

Give you strategies to recruit the right people, connect with them and keep them.
Help you understand why people leave.
Show you, as a Manager, what you can do to keep your good people.

Workshop content includes:

Why many job advertisements are creating disengagement and turnover
How to retain great staff by connecting, motivating and developing them
Recognising the Good Ones and knowing what to do about the Not So Good Ones 

Leadership: What’s Trust got to do with it?

This 1 day workshop explores what happens in an organisation when the leader does not trust others and is also perceived as untrustworthy.
Included in the program is the DVD entitled Leadership: What’s Trust got to do with it?

It shows that it is essential for organisations to have employee involvement, high trust levels and engaged employees although this can only be achieved with a leader who instills trust.  The DVD explores the elements of:

Trust being the foundation of leadership.
Behaviour which can either build trust or destroy it.
Being open and honest - Let people know what's going on. Don't hide bad news. 
Having credibility - Do what you say you're going to do. Be true to your word.
Be competent - Know your job. Do it in a way that sets the standard for everyone.
Be generous - Give praise and credit to the people who deserve it.  

The workshop includes the trust models developed by Vanessa Hall from entente.
